Single Rail Bypass Barn Door Hardware
Each order contains a complete kit of barn door hardware for a two door, single rail bypass setup.
A key note is that the size of the doors used needs to be 1/2 the size of the width of the area you want to cover (opening plus trim) + 3 inches. Therefore, if you are covering a 48" opening with 3" trim, you would need 54"/2=27" + 3" = 30" doors at a minimum.Ā
When using bypass hardware, you will need to use the standard guides, which requires a groove in the bottom of your doors.
NOTE: this system can only be used with 1 3/8āĀ thick doors, and doesĀ notĀ have soft close.
